511 E Santa Ana Blvd has always been a building that served its community. The former artist’s studio turned office space remained vacant for several years until the good people at Hidden House Coffee decided to move their coffee roasting facility to Downtown Santa Ana.
In addition to building out a full coffee roasting facility, this new endeavor by Hidden House included a full coffee bar, a kitchen for baked goods, as well as paving the back portion of the property to allow for additional seating to allow patrons to enjoy a private patio experience while basking under the Southern California sun.
Façade improvements, ingress/egress improvements to allow for ADA access, structural reinforcements, as well as numerous modifications to allow this once office/work studio to now operate as a food service/prep under Orange County Health Department regulations.
