511 E Santa Ana Blvd has always been a building that served its community. The former artist’s studio turned office space remained vacant for several years until the good people at Hidden House Coffee decided to move their coffee roasting facility to Downtown Santa Ana.

The Roost is a sustainable, adaptive reuse project with a passion for craft, culture and community. This mixed-use, transit-oriented development is intended to become, ‘The Community’s New Living Room.

Suavecito was originally built on the foundation of providing the highest quality men’s hair care products without breaking the bank. In an industry bogged down with high price points, there was a need to provide products that we loved at a fraction of what people were used to paying. This also helped to focus our energy on providing a product that barbershops and retailers could make higher margins on when compared to other brands. This ensured new and organic growth in a grassroots manner which lead to an increase in retail customers.

When local chefs start frequenting a spot, you know it’s onto something. And that’s in part what helped propel Hopper & Burr from a pop-up coffee shop to a permanent fixture in downtown Santa Ana. Run by Truman Severson, a veteran of Intelligentsia Coffee who costarred in Barista (a documentary about barista competitions), the bright space is sparingly decorated in Scandinavian style, all the better to put the focus squarely on the craft brews

Orange County’s premier CrossFit facility utilizing a unique strength and conditioning program that incorporates weight training, metabolic conditioning and simple gymnastics in order to deliver a well balanced fitness base, weight-loss and overall physical health. This is done primarily through our group style community CrossFit classes.
