About LSR Builders
Luis Soto, a Licensed Professional General Contractor in the state of California, a leading expert in construction management. With over 18 years of experience in every facet of the trade, ranging from Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive, Operations Manager to now President of LSR Builders, Inc.
Throughout his career, Luis has successfully managed the construction of many building types, including residential, commercial, mix-use, historic, and retail developments.
Luis is personally involved in every phase of every project, by encompassing pre-construction planning and design with the client and project team members, to construction feasibility, monitoring cost and schedule, through the obtainment of the Certificate of Occupancy.
His multiple-task management approach enables him to oversee the various number of projects at various stages of development and construction stages.
