What kind of construction do you handle?
Our team at LSR handles all sorts of projects. We can work on custom home renovations or large commercial projects. We’ve done it all and specialize in both.
Do I need to know what I want before getting started?
Absolutely NOT! That’s where we come in. We’re sure you have something in mind, so we’ll help navigate you through the best way of getting it done.
How long will my project take?
Every project is different. That’s why we make sure to consult with you or your team to make sure everyone is on the same page. Once we get an understanding of your project, we can set an estimated time of completion.
What if there are changes during my project?
If you want to change something on your project or have to change something in your project because of an unforeseen circumstance, we will make the necessary changes. We’ll communicate with you or a member of your team to make sure you know what is going on.
How do you manage & plan?
Our first step is always a consultation to understand all the details that are going into the project. After our first initial meeting, we will plan out the project step by step, plan what is next, then execute.
